Business Development Manager, Specialty In Food

Our client is a large European Firm, with over 30 years experience in Indonesia and the Country HQ based in East Java.
They are looking for a Sales Manager for the Eastern part of Indonesia, reporting to the Deputy General Manager.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead sales activities across the region.
- Develop and implement sales strategy to get profitable opportunities.
- Plan and manage budget, present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and forecast to the management team.
- Customer service and build relationships with customers.
- Analyse and assure product growth according to the market's needs.
**Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related area.
- Proven management experience as a Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role.
- Proficient in English
- Commercially driven with a strong determination to win every deal.
- Dynamic, strong leadership skills with sharp business acumen and capability of new business development (hunter mindset).
**Salary**: Rp30,000,000 - Rp40,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
