Business Development & Partnership

/ Define, implement and execute the business development / growth strategy for the category

/ Develop and execute partnerships strategy and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets

/ Own partner relationship end to end, from initial, to negotiations, and launch to drive overall sales volumes

/ Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships

/ Lead cross-functional team in deployment of partnerships, including creative, legal, finance, product, comms, support, etc.

/ Design and implement necessary analytics to measure and optimize Partnerships

/ Ability to negotiate and close deals ranging from tactical, mid-size opportunities, to strategic, large and complex partners

**Requirements**:
/ Ideally 3~4 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management

/ Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis

/ Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business

/ Experience with business development, sales or account management; experience in eCommerce is a plus

/ Driven and motivated

/ Previous management and leadership experience

/ Excellent communication capability in English

/ Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills at all times

/ Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn

/ Have passion in eCommerce industry
