Business Development (Remote)

**Responsibilities**

1. Generate leads and cold call prospective customers

2.Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

3. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

4. Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them

5. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

2. Experience in sales, marketing or related field, worked in independent agencies before.

3. 5+ years experience and has a proven track record

4. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

5. Better have your own **black book**

6. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

7. Come with new ideas to get clients

8. Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Salary is open, + 25% commission of all new signings for 1 year

**Salary**: Rp2,249,852 - Rp6,260,174 per year

**Experience**:

- Business development: 5 years (preferred)
