As a Business Development Representative, you will joining the Ninja Direct team that has proven experiences in helping thousands of SMEs in Indonesia to connect with suppliers from the China market, providing a seamless and efficient sourcing solution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work across multiple leads channels to identify potential leads for the Ninja Direct business. Qualify leads by communicating with stakeholders within leads and analyzing leads data. Map and communicate value of Ninja Direct's services to prospect leads by developing a keen understanding of both Ninja Direct's services and the clients' business.
- Ensure that all necessary information pertaining to leads are properly documented and stored within our CRM.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-4 years of experiences in sales or business development
- Having experiences in a Logistic company would be preferred
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University in any major
