Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Representative colleague to join us in Jakarta, Indonesia.
**Responsibilities**:

- Create target lists from defined sources, and search the internet for new opportunities
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute marketing campaigns and follow up with cold leads.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Continuously improve sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
- Create prospect lists on set criteria and build an internal customer database.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in IT services sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
