**Placement: Jakarta**

**Working Arrangement: Hybrid**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify partnership opportunities in digital advertising;
- Develop new relationships in effort to grow business and help the company expand to agencies and direct brands;
- Conduct high-level industry research to create and develop effective sales solutions;
- Conduct business meetings with key stakeholders;
- Promote and sell company's products or services to prospective clients;
- Send and provide comprehensive reports to clients on a regular basis;
- Communicate with clients, answer important questions and any inquiries on the company's products and services;
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment;
- Maintain existing business;
- Plan, implement, and evaluate all campaigns & projects critically.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years' prior industry-related business development experience;
- Strong connection with Media buying Agencies and Direct brand;
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, programmatic advertising, and mobile advertising technology (Preferably someone who has strong knowledge in Media Buying product);
- Familiar with specific sales and marketing tools / CRM (Pipedrive / Agile CRM / Sales Force);
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals;
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to identify new leads, create opportunities, negotiate deals and close them;
- Ability to demonstrate creativity, innovation, resilience, and a customer-focused approach;
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet varied demands and deadlines;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and Bahasa (oral and written);
- Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills;
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies;
- Focused and goal-oriented.

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
