**What you'll do**
- Be an individual contributor to design, drive and execute on the Business Development plan especially for Flip's Banking, Domestic and Overseas business partners.
- Possesses full ownership of projects, internal/external requests and exploring new opportunities to add value in Company positioning.
- Manages full business development cycle including generation of new partners to managing live accounts.
- Provides timely feedback to line managers about performance, business development activity, and strategy planned.
- Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners to ease communication channels and facilitate resolutions for issues.
- Assists to identify trends by researching on industry in a data-driven manner, related events and announcements.
- Communicates the needs of external partners effectively to support internal team members.
**What you'll need**
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent in English, both verbal & written.
- At least 3 year in a similar role, prior direct/indirect work experience in a Money Transfer or Financial Services, and relevant experience in a high-growth company.
- Proven experience in loan process and partners
- A go-getter attitude that resonates with a strong sense of initiative, ownership and accountability.
- Ability to break down complex problems, identify use cases and solutions.
- Demonstrate a nuanced understanding of data, business processes, and partner effectively with those teams.
- An analytical and strategic thinker, you are able to connect the dots to understand business impact.
- Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; ability to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner.
