**Position Summary**:
- Play a lead role in the execution of sales strategies identified through the key account planning process to drive new business acquisition.
- Come up with collaborative selling initiatives, follow through and healthcare partnerships to accelerate the change to improve outcomes and change lives.
- Lead strategy, sales and marketing activities that will result in customer and patient satisfaction while exceeding the sales goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Co-create with local sales leadership, surgeon targets and align on timing and priority
- Communicate regularly with Sales teams to foster the highest levels of collaboration and efficiency in delivering conversion outcomes
- Implement effective and efficient territory coverage whilst developing key sales initiatives and demand generation programs
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Research customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Contribute to innovative activation plans which build customer loyalty and expand exposure to the RAS technology
- Deliver best in class surgeon and theatre team in-servicing to ensure the best possible transition to the new platform
- Work Corporate Accounts Group and Joints marketing to support nonclinical decision maker engagement through clinician advocacy
- Work with Marketing to develop and deploy Local, State and National customer engagement and demand generation strategies via Professional Education & direct communications to support commercial.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in Marketing & Sales preferably in an MNC setup
- Prior experience in people management of large teams is essential for this role
- Tertiary qualification in Health Sciences, Business, or related fields
- Prior experience orthopedics, joint reconstruction is highly desirable
- Capital Sales experience is a definite plus
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
