Business Development Staff

The Business Development Staff is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this role involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing strategic partnerships to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue. The Business Development Staff will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential business opportunities and target markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and solutions to meet client needs
- Negotiate and close business deals and contracts
- Monitor and report on sales and business development activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

**Salary**: Rp2,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
