Business Development Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to spearhead our efforts in identifying and developing new sales channels, including sales agencies, communities, and ecosystems. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving ambitious sales targets. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our established channel partners to ensure that our business objectives are successfully met.

Develop and communicate sales strategies to partners.Manage partners to drive sales growth RequirementsMinimum 3 years working experience preferably Banking, Insurance, FintechGood communication skill both writing and speaking.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skill.Possess a strong drive and self-motivated to make things happen especially in leading project and initiatives.
