About the role We are seeking experienced business development support with a strong focus on brokerage and insurance to join our dynamic team. As a BD Support you will be working with the brokerage and placements team and play a crucial role in handling aftersales.
Job Responsibilities Manage the distribution of member cards for both new business and endorsements Endorsement and enrollment processing Claim payment guarantee letter handling Claim handling Manage insured requests for claim history Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably from Nursing / Public Health or any relevant major Having minimum 3 years experience in an operations/support role in an insurance brokerage/agency preferred Solid knowledge in Employee Benefit product and end-to-end process Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Negotiation skill Mature & good interpersonal skill Hardworking & team player Honest & high integrity Has a strong attention to details Keen to learn with positive work attitude Private Health Insurance Training & Development
