**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced BDM Support with a strong focus on administration to join our dynamic team. As an Business Development Support you will be working with the IPS team and play a crucial role in administration solutions to make Igloo become the future of insurance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support management towards realizing business objectives
- Support IPS, Insurance & Brokerage, and Commercial Team regarding with all the administrative activities.
- Following up to Insurance company about the SLA of Cover Note / Policy Book printing Controlling the SLA of Policy Issuance
- Contact Insurance companies and do the schedule to ask them sign the Policy Book
- Ensuring process of wet signature from leader to member (for coinsurance company) runs smoothly
- Monitoring the process of printing invoice from Finance and sending it Insurance Company/Customers
- Monitoring the Endorsement Processes
- Responsible to order bind to Insurance
- Creating new Placement slip for the renewal notice calculation due date and sending to Customers
- Ensuring Policy books are sending accurately to Customers within SLA

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of related experience with e
xperience in an operations/finance role in an insurance brokerage/agency preferred
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a strong attention to details
- Keen to learn with positive work attitude
- Takes accountability of work


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
