**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Marketing Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive marketing plans and roadmaps for both existing and new products.
- Craft innovative marketing strategies aligned with company guidelines and relevant legislation to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Manage the product and marketing mix elements to optimize sales and profitability.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Create compelling business proposals and contracts to maximize revenue from our customer base.
- Market Insights and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct field visits alongside Sales Representatives and Area Sales Managers to gather feedback on ongoing campaigns and market dynamics.
- Monitor competitor products and marketing activities, maintaining up-to-date competitor profiles.
- Develop counterstrategies in alignment with our marketing plan.
- Healthcare Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Head of National Services for Health, Medical and other stakeholders in the public segment.
- Establish and enhance safety and treatment standards in dialysis services.
- Build a pipeline of Key Opinion Leaders focused on surgical and implant business and medical disciplines.
- Evidence-Based Approach:
- Develop local health economics models and leverage clinical studies to support industry standards and drive market conversion.
**Professional competencies**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Admin).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably within the surgery and implant domain.
- Healthcare industry background or scientific background would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Required for travel frequently to client sites.
