Key responsibilities of the role include Supporting Digital Transformation leadership with management of Digital Products and collaboration with other parts of the business (including planning, road mapping, template creation, workshop design, and facilitation)
Responsible for selecting, designing, and implementing cutting-edge technology-based solutions to resolve clients' problems and improve the way they operate.
Aggregates all the data for a company's digital assets. Their daily task involves preparing reports, conducting analysis, exploring dashboards, and evaluating available system.
Assist business development teams with data reliability goals. Provide project management team by creating historical data files, setting prospective clients/partners/vendors up on trials for proof of concept, and answering questions regarding data methodology and data quality.
Delivering successful outcomes for key business transformation projects via effective and pragmatic project management.
Procurement Review and implementation or Construction, programmed management, and Various ERP/CRM systems for our in-house development business to support the development of their business plan.
Develop and implement solutions to digitize any services, support digital training, and drive service changes for better customer experience. Collaborating with Digital Transformation Managers/Leaders, you will implement successful digital transformation, manage dependencies, and ensure resource planning.
Solid written communication skills enhanced with excellent verbal/oral communication skills
2-3 years in Coordination of Technology/System Development.
**University degree in and or equivalent work experience**: such as bachelor's and master's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information and technology Science, Mathematics, or Statistical Science.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (365) environment, Oracle environment, or any RPA Software.
Data Visualization knowledge, Programming, and Database knowledge (SQL, R, Phyton) will be an advantage.
Object-oriented programming, Functional programming, Digital Business Analyst for users.
Understanding hardware and networks
Knowledge of UI/UX design will be an advantage.
Having good Analytical, Critical, Thinking, and listening skills, and understanding of All Areas (aspects) such as business/commercial, operations, technology, financial, and People/Resources perspectives.
Having a Business Value mindset, Inquisitive, and enjoys learning new things from a variety of sources.
