Business Intelligence Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, sort, clean, and analyze large data sets to support business decisions
- Translate business needs and data into BI solutions (e.g., dashboards, reports, and tools) with custom business metrics and strong UI design
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive the creation of business metrics and KPIs
- Leverage data to perform analysis across various areas to drive product development, marketing efficiency, and growth
- Present findings to senior management to drive business decisions in most effective manners

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Sciences, or similar
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a data driven/analytical role developing dashboards, analysis, reports, and data warehousing solutions
- Knowledge of data mining using SQL, ETL and data warehouse
- Expertise in building dashboards and reports through analytics and data visualization tools
- Ability to effectively communicate key insights to varied stakeholders
- Proven problem solving skills and project management skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
