- Responsibilities:
- Provides overall leadership as the country leader for the territory of Indonesia.
- Responsible for the business growth and profitability in Indonesia.
- Devises a plan and strategy for growth in Indonesia.
- Gathers and analyses market data & intelligence for growth.
- Identify, recommends and be part of the team to decide and select channel partners, or/and distributors.
- Works closely with all the other company affiliates, BUs, the Local Business Partners, channel partners & distributors.
- Provides accurate bookings and sales forecast for Indonesia.
- Participates in the business planning process for development & growth of the business.
- Leads from the local Indonesian front with regulatory bodies, EPCCs, PMCs and end-users, and works closely with the Business Units and Project Pursuit teams.
- Hires, develops, and retains the best-in-class talents in Indonesia organization.
- Meets or exceeds the financial and non-financial objectives.
- Always follows the rules and the company Code of Conduct.
- Immediate Reporting to Vice President/General Manager, Malaysia, Indonesia & Brunei.
- Internal working relationships with Business Unit Sales Leaders, Function leaders, APHQ/SEA Business Unit/Functional Leaders.
- External working relationships with Customers, Strategic Business Partners and Government Authorities.
