Job Description

Develop, Implement, And Maintain Legal Compliance Programs And Policies To Ensure Adherence To Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards.

Conduct Regular Audits To Identify Compliance Risks And Provide Guidance To Internal Stakeholders.

Monitor Changes In Laws And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Alignment In Compliance Efforts.

Deliver Training Programs On Legal Compliance And Investigate Complaints Related To Compliance Issues.

Maintain Documentation And Liaise With External Stakeholders To Address Compliance Inquiries.

Stay Updated On Legal Compliance Trends And Recommend Initiatives To Enhance Compliance Posture.

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree In Law, Business Administration, Or A Related Field; Master's Degree Is A Plus

Proven Experience In Legal Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards, Particularly In Manufacturing Industry.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Assess Complex Legal Issues And Develop Practical Solutions.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Legal Concepts And Requirements To Non-Legal Stakeholders.

Detail-Oriented And Organized, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Priorities Simultaneously.

Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
