Business Manager - Local Company

**About the Company**:
Our Client is an established local FMCG company with a wide selection of international products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to grow the overall business portfolio and revenue through collaboration with both sales and marketing teams
- Research and analyze data and market insights
- Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors
- Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities
- Work with customers and merchandisers and find new ways of expanding product categories
- Calculate forecasts for product demand trends
- Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree and above in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field is preferred
- At least 5 years experience related in commercial roles in Consumer or Distribution companies
- Proven ability to drive the sales and marketing process and strong business sense and industry expertise
- Possess strong communication skills, coaching and people management skills to work with diverse stakeholders and team
- Willing to be hands on and gain exposure in other functions
