Business Operations & Compliance Officer

Handle day-to-day sales administration and project management compliance within the business development function.
- Develop and implement operations compliance framework.
- Draft various legal documents such as agreements (PKS), Memorandums of Understanding (MoU), and offer letters.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Keep track of operational processes and procedures related to business development.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales-related documentation, such as sales deck, proposals, contracts and sales reports.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal/Law, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in business development operations, compliance management, and project management.
- Proven track record in managing sales administration and legal documents.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High ethical standards and commitment to compliance and confidentiality.

**Salary**: Up to Rp7,000,000 per month
