We are piloting an innovative Loyalty Platform for Farmers, in collaboration with leading agri-brands. Our platform connects farmers with valuable resources, learning opportunities, and rewards, while enabling brands to engage meaningfully with their farmer customers.
We are looking for a Business Operations to join our team and manage the day-to-day operations of the loyalty platform. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth platform operations and building strong relationships with farmers and brand partners.
What will you do but not limited to: 1. Content Management: Interact with agri-brand partners to collect product information and e- learning materials. Enter collected content into the platform's system accurately and on time. 2. Farmer Acquisition: Collaborate with brand partners to onboard their farmer networks to the platform. Partner with the in-house Marketing Communication team to attract additional farmers to participate. 3. Claim and Reward Management: Review and validate claim-reward photo submissions from farmers manually (eye validation). Work with the in-house Digital Goods Commerce team to distribute mobile data plans and other rewards to validated farmers. Maintain accurate records of validated claims and rewards distribution. 4. Farmer Engagement: Engage with farmers (remotely or on-site) to collect feedback on their experience with the platform. Foster trust and positive relationships with the farmer community. 5. Reporting and Insights: Monitor and analyze platform success metrics. Document insights and operational learnings for broader implementation. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in agri-business operations, working with agri- brands and/or farmers. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders (brands, farmers, internal teams). Detail-oriented and organized, especially when managing data entry, claim validations, and reporting. Basic analytical skills to track metrics and derive insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools. Personality: A proactive, empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting farmers and driving positive impact in agriculture.
