Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operational processes run smoothly and align with company standards
- Maximize the efficiency of all business operational procedures to reach company goals
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
- Supervise and manage the business operations team and reporting to Head of Business and Operations
- Coordinate with client representatives or other related persons in handling feature requests
- Collaborating with product manager and engineering team to accommodate client requests
- Create reasonable budgeting project and purchasing plan based on proposal from Business Development Team
- Create timeline and schedule for ongoing or new project
- Report and solve any problem or issue and coordinate with clients regarding complaints, feature requests, and any services from all levels
- Supervise each location/ project and ensure that there are no issues
- Creating all reports related to live location/ project
- Maintaining good relations with clients and responding to all client groups
- Assisting with upselling activities for PARKEE Products
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university in any majors
- Having minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in operations or related field
- Having experiences to supervise and manage team
- Have a strong critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving capabilities and project management skill
- Effective research, analytical and report writing skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
- Proactive, organized, and strong project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop professional relationships
- A Self starter
- Good business analytical skills will be a great plus
- Willingly to work from office and mobile
