**The Role**
We are looking for a Business Operations Wizard to be at the forefront of our fast-growing company. As the first hire for our operations team, you'll orchestrate seamless operations, conjure support processes from scratch, and navigate a decentralised realm with effortless communication. **Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 4 - 6 years of experience to make an immediate impact
- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech savvy with experience using project management tools like Asana, CRM systems like HubSpot, and productivity suites like Google Suite
- Adaptable, agile, and independent; as you thrive in our fast-paced and dynamic work environment
