Designing a system high growth Affiliate Marketing Program

Recruitment - performing recruitment of Affiliate Partners, including individuals, communities, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

Lead and drive the onboarding process and own the end-to-end performance of Affiliate partners

Initiate and implement joint co-creation activities with affiliate partners

Analytics & Marketings - design & prepare for marketing activations that optimizes for sales growth

Design & run strategic programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results and impacts

Partner Strategy

Develop strategy and relationships with Affiliate Partners to drive sales growth

Relationship Management - Manage & grow existing partners performance endto-end

Aligning partners with DQLab marketing calendars, new programs rollouts, and making sure that the partners are well updated.
Bachelor's degree in any major

Minimum of 1 year's experience in Sales & Marketing

Excellent analytic & management skills

Great communication & collaboration with other people
