Business Process Audit Lead

This position will be reporting directly to the **Business Process Audit Manager - Internal Audit Division.**

**Main Function**

Carry out and lead activities related to the assessment / examination process to provide sufficient / reasonable assurance of the feasibility / adequacy of internal controls applied to business processes in the company, as well as provide suggestions for improvement / development in accordance with the company's vision / mission

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide input on the annual audit plan along with the audit program
2. Carry out audits according to the agreed annual plan & program
3. Monitoring the progress of the audit project
4. Ensure standard-compliant audit results
5. Reporting BP audit results to stakeholders and auditees
6. Monitoring the progress of follow-up audit results
7. Build good relationships with all other divisions
8. Coaching the BP Audit team
9. Implementing the internal audit professional code of ethics in the form of principles of integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality

**Job Requirements**
- at least 4 years of experience as internal auditor
- experienced in conducting business process audit
- experienced in Banking/ Fintech/ Payment System is a plus
