**What You'll Do**
Business Solutions Architect for Global Enterprise Customer in Indonesia is a customer-facing sale to lead the architecture discussion for manufacturing customers. The rise of digital technologies has dramatically altered the industry. Indonesia is leading this discussion by Industry 4.0 engagements from the production, supply chain and quality management. The role should link these activities of the industry to Cisco relevant products and technologies in a closed interworking with the relevant Business Units, Advanced Service and Sales Organisations.
We are looking for a Business Solutions Architect, who will
- Provide a consultative relationship with the customer and collaborates with account team and partners to integrate replicable architectures and drive industry-specific Cisco solution designs
- Lead the architectural design across multiple technology domains and associated Cisco technology strategy in alignment with key business drivers and market issues in a specific vertical.
- Demonstrate business relevancy to executive stakeholders.
- Display a working knowledge of industry technical requirements, trends, and regulatory frameworks, and drives "state of the art" solutions and services in his/her specific industry or vertical.
- Utilize Business consultant capabilities, discover, verify, analyse, and design in a iterative process with the customer
- Advise the account team on specific sales strategy
- Work closely with extended Cisco teams as well as Partners to identify new customers and/or opportunities
- Build the customer relationships together with the Account Management, building and executing the manufacturing sales strategy on all relevant levels up to the C-Level.
**Who You Are**
**Minimum Qualifications**
- 15+ years of networking experience and some of them of field experience working with large accounts as Architect or equivalent.
- 15+ Years working with a strategic Cisco accounts
- Experience with production like environment
- Deep knowledge of architectural development methodologies
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
**Desired Skills**
- A deep understanding about Cisco Technologies in the context with manufacturing relevant standards like Profinet, ETH IP, Modbus and OPC UA.
- A deep understanding about production relevant KPI's, MES or QM architectures for the production and the relevant SW Interfaces
- A deep understanding about Cisco Technologies for large Scale Enterprise Architectures in the context IIoT
- A deep understand about Cisco Edge Fog and Kinetic Architectures
- Technical Acumen
- Business Acumen
- Knowledge of high level details of products, and more specific details where needed, to identify stable product selection with in the architectures associated with the vertical.
- In situations where technology is the business of the vertical, then may require advanced knowledge of products within and adjacent to vertical focus.
- Advanced knowledge in existing and emerging technology concepts, protocols, standards, etc within and adjacent to manufacturing vertical
- Ability to leverage this knowledge and select appropriate technologies to address manufacturing business challenges.
- Describing the impact (design and business outcome wise) of implementation of these technologies in customer environment
- Ability to drive new architectures from product and technology developments to address production customer business challenges.
- Vertical expert in sales organization with fundamental business architecture capabilities to drive business analysis with dedicated customers of that vertical
- Takes a lead role in mentoring Cisco team members, partners, customer engineering resources, on approach to vertical's business, and shares knowledge and best practices throughout Cisco
- Identifies common business needs through evaluation of current business practice, current technical architecture, personal relationships and other sources.
- Translates customer's business and market drivers within vertical, with common business needs into strategic (long term) technical architecture to solve individual customer business problems.
- Understands and is able to effectively map business drivers, outcomes and capabilities to technology solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of dynamics and business drivers in the Manufacturing vertical and how that is relevant to the vertical customer's architecture
- Assists in developing the business case for Cisco technology solutions for their vertical
