**About The Role**
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Strategy Associate to join our dynamic team at AMODA, a leading construction technology company. As a Business Strategy Associate, you will play a pivotal role in Developing and Monitoring Our Business and Operations Initiatives including organizational structures to Enhance Operational Efficiency that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for planning, developing, improving, and monitoring the Business & Operation Strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business & operational processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop Business and Operation Strategy Initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Monitor Business and Operation Strategy Implementation (Improvement) by utilizing data analytics and performance metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of business and operational changes
- Assist in the development of strategic plans and initiatives to support the overall business objectives
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment of operational goals and objectives
**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field is typically required. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) may be preferred.
- Min 2-4 years of experience in business & management consulting, business strategy, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a startup or high-growth company.
- Strong analytical abilities with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Proven ability to solve business problems, develop innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) will be plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader business context and align initiatives with organizational goals.
