**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for creating all operational SOPs required by the company.
- Responsible for creating reports and business analysis from data provided by the company.
- Responsible for preparing training materials and socializing all new policies implemented by the company.
- Responsible for creating flow and overseeing all development carried out by the company.
- Coordinate with internal divisions regarding all company operational needs.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma Degree, preferable from reputable University.
- Having previous working experience as a Data Analyst or similar Sales Support role.
- Proficient in Excel is a must.
- Detail oriented, neat, and thorough.
- Familiarity with Insurtech, Insurance, and Financial Industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skill.
