Job Description
- Liaise important guests who come to the office
- Helping with reservations, business requests, and administrations.
- Provide personalized goods and services to guests.
- Manage food and beverages stocks for guests
- Manage guests' menu list by learning their preferences, allergies, and dislikes
- Create monthly reports
- Handles petty cash fund reimbursements

Qualifications
- Experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication in English
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a fluid environment
- Commitment to a high level of customer service
- Strict attention to detail
- Knowledge of area restaurants, theaters and other attractions
- The ability to perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor
