Our Client **PT. Melia Optimus Indonesia** is a distributor and wholesaler for various electronic gadgets, such as USB flash drives, power banks, wireless mice, universal adapters. Currently looking for Buyer, for placement in Petojo, Jakarta
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Buyer Experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory and essential.
- Effectively communicate with Chinese suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of export-import processes, particularly with goods from China.
- Willingness to accompany the CEO to China at least once a year.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential suppliers in China.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements.
- Source products from various suppliers in China to meet company requirements.
- Oversee the procurement process, including order placement, tracking, and delivery.
- Possess a deep understanding of export-import regulations and processes, especially related to goods from China.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Stay informed about market trends, product specifications, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine product requirements.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivered products meet specified standards.
- Conduct inspections and work with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Accompany the boss on trips to China at least once a year.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Manage documentation related to import-export activities, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs paperwork.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation.
**Salary**: Rp6,500,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
