Responsibilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams• Liaise with suppliers• Assist lead designers in documentation• Run own projects, including production of AutoCAD documentation• Coordinate with in-house design team and other consultants• Coordinate with outsource production teams• Maintain and update office finishes library• Assist with FFE scheduling• Order samples and research new innovations• Produce finishes boards
Requirements
• Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role• Experience in hospitality, specializing in restaurants and F & B establishments• Expert in AutoCAD, proficient in Adobe Suite and Google Sketchup• Excellent attention to detail• Portfolio showcasing experience as a documenter/CAD specialist• Knowledge and experience with FFE design and finishes for hospitality fit-outs• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English• Great planning skills
Key Skills Needed
