- Cainiao, the logistics arm of Alibaba Group, is currently expanding business in Indonesia market and therefore eager to look for talents with understanding of both Chinese customers and Indonesia logistics operation. The work scope and responsibilities of "Key Account Management" includes: 1) Improving customer satisfaction by making sure customer demand can be responded promptly, effectively and proactively 2) Monitoring the SLA/KPI of warehousing and distribution and drive operation team for continuous improvement 3) Monthly billing, receivables management and other commercial works 4) Implementation support from business awarded to project go-live 5) Other administration works in Indonesia as per requested

**Position Requirement**
- 1) Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain or business management etc. 2) 3-8 years of experience in warehousing and distribution area in Indonesia or other Southeast Asia market 3) Rich customer facing experience also equipped with understanding of logistics operation 4) Exposure to vertical sectors like home appliance, furniture, consumer electronics and other consumer goods is preferred 5) Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin is needed. Indonesia local language as a plus 6) Passionate for logistics industry and self-motivated to being a multi skilled logistics professional
