Call Center Travel

Carrying out escalations or follow ups to the Hotel regarding customer cases.

Qualification Requirements:

- Hospitality experience
- Education Min D3
- Understand MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Understand and comprehend Call Center Services
- Preferably have active English skills (speaking/writing)
- No regional accent & lisp
- Familiar with sales force
- Domicile in the Jabodetabek area is preferred and willing to WFO in West Jakarta, KS Tubun

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Rp4,900,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month

- D1-D4 (preferred)
