Campaign Operations

Campaign Operations is an essential role in our fast paced Marketing team. You will be responsible for the overall production of campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results. Your expertise in campaign activities, data analysis, and collaboration will be key to the success of our marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the end to end campaign production (e.g. campaign activity, create list banner order, checking & upload banner, promo creation, and campaign page creation).
- Monitor & manage product/SKU listing & delisting on the website/apps based on google analytics and data from various department.
- Create pricing list for Flash Sale, Voucher, and Double-dates campaign.
- Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing campaigns, liaising with some internal stakeholders that are related to the campaign.
- Work closely with Social Media, Ads, Product and CS Team in day to day campaign preparation and improvement.
- Analyze brand and product performance, including but not limited to analyzing price competitiveness and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with 2-3 years related experience in E-Commerce, consultancy or business management industry.
- Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, especially in PIVOT, VLOOKUP, and other formulas, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions.
- Good knowledge and good passion in E-Commerce industry.
- Able to work in a team and build strong-positive relationships with them.
- Willingness to take initiatives and fast-learner.
- High attention to detail and strongly meticulous.
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
