The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Campaign plan creation including setting up objectives, forecast, mechanism and timeline
- Campaign result analysis based on performance in upper funnel (exposure result, CTR, sentiment) and lower funnel (conversion to transaction, monthly transacting users, impact to GMV and margin)
- Work with designer to produce assets (In-app Channels: PN, Banner) to educate Market on new feature and promotion activities.
- Manage Social Media planning and execution (objective: followers growth, engagement rate)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree from any major are welcome to apply
- A minimum of 2 years experience in campaign strategic role and social media planning
- Project management and ensure smooth operations and execution of each campaign launch
- Creative and proactive in keeping up with social trends and knowledge in social media
- Able to think strategically and has individual problem solving to drive projects forward
- Proficient in English both written and oral communication
