**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, provide, optimize, and report on retail media network channel for our advertisers.
- Supports client partner in providing new and creative responses to client briefs.
- Create and deepen client relationships through daily engagement, weekly reviews, and quarterly strategy planning, and take advantage of the chance to create trust, educate, and persuade advertisers.
- Works collaboratively across agencies and across networks as appropriate - leverages product and service knowledge to produce commercial value for clients.
- Analyze campaign success data to provide customers with data-driven business insights while also using those findings to improve our advertising offering.
- Support and collaborate with the whole pre-sale research and pitching team.
- Work as an outside product consultant to teach agencies and clients about products and best practices, with the goal of expanding current business.
**Key Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a job focusing on ATL advertising OR selling advertising solutions is required.
- Working with direct brands such as FMCG, banking, insurance, and media agencies is a required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to establish connections with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Possess a positive mindset and the ability to adapt to change.
- Experience handling complicated tasks and multitasking, as well as good organizational abilities.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and generating revenue growth.
- Basic analytical abilities and tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Advertising Platforms) are required.
