Location: Bali, Indonesia Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor or in a similar role. Familiarity with the canning process, equipment, and machinery. Understanding of canning line operations, including knowledge of canning machinery, filling processes, and quality control procedures. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment. Ability to implement and manage quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality canned products. Experience with quality assurance processes and procedures. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of operators and production staff. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
