The incumbent will drive customer satisfaction through reliable committed product availability and maintain inventory at a healthy level through setting the right planning strategy for Finished goods.**Key Responsibilities**:Key contact with the manufacturing team on resource capacity management and production adherence for Supply chainReview capacity outlook and address balancing of resources with manufacturing and supply planning for short to mid termLead the yearly LTP (long term planning) and RCCP (rough cut capacity planning) exerciseRegion SPOC for IQMD/ site maintenance scheduleOwn planning strategy for Finished goodsIdentifies critical supply constraints and develop action plans to avoid service impactsMaintains valid plan orders in KinaxisSimulating scenarios to troubleshoot for capacity constraint and missing componentsIssues identification and provide resolution derived from production delayPriorities adjustment through collaboration with Customer ExpProactive checks on excess supply, mid/long term shortages, global raw material crisisConduct meetings to address supply gaps with manufacturing and material planning team**We Value**:Bachelor's degree or diploma in business management, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or in Manufacturing.Strong communication skill with excellent English proficiency in both written and verbal communicationAbility to host and facilitate meetingsEquip with system skills in SAP and KinaxisStrong problem-solving and priority-setting skills**We Offer**:Flexible working time/place arrangementsDiversity and inclusionCompetitive total compensation package
