**Responsibilities**
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to individuals seeking career development
- Conduct career assessments to help clients identify their strengths, interests, and goals
- Develop and implement career development programs tailored to each client's needs
- Assist career changers in transitioning to new industries or roles
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in career coaching

**Requirements**:

- 3-15 years of experience in career coaching or related field
- Strong skills in coaching & mentoring, career development, and career assessment
- Ability to create and deliver effective career development programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in career coaching or related field is a plus
