**_Job Requirements:_**
- 1. Efficiently handle and meticulously track a substantial volume of hiring processes for Hacktiv8 graduates
2. Facilitate engaging and interactive career development classes for Hacktiv8 graduates, with the aim of significantly boosting their employability
3. Proactively identify challenges and spearhead improvement projects aimed at enhancing the employability of Hacktiv8 graduates
4. Gather valuable insights from the current hiring market to be shared with both graduates and Hacktiv8's internal team
5. Provide personalized career coaching and consulting to Hacktiv8 graduates, understanding their individual career needs and aspirations
6. Work closely with AM counterparts to foster a successful talent marketplace, contributing to both graduate and partner satisfaction

Role Requirements:_**- Good English proficiency in both written and spoken-
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, learning development, or other related fields.-
- Having a good knowledge of career development (interviewing and hiring) and law employment.-
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills (build a connection with customers).-
- Proficient with Google Working Space-
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
