**Career Products Analyst***

- 2-3 Week induction plan to meet key stakeholders and learn the basic methodologies and processes. Majority of learning will be on the job.

**We will count on you to**:
- Administer Mercer's annual salary survey along with our other market intelligence publications and compensation tools.
- Analyze and provide commentary associated with survey results and industry trends
- Undertake statistical analysis and interpretation
- Prepare large volumes of data for uploading into survey analysis and reporting software
- Validate data submitted by clients and work with clients to resolve questions.
- Provide technical support with regards to Mercer's remuneration data and other products to internal and external clients
- Respond to client queries regarding products, services and solutions
- Solicit existing client for their salary survey participation renewals
- Identify and market Mercer's salary survey and other products to prospects within respective industry sector.
- Develop skills and competencies in order to project manage smaller surveys
**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor's degree, GPA 3.0 and above from reputable institution, majoring in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, and related discipline.
- High level of numeric skills and capacity to attend to details
