Cashier (Malang)

We are looking for a skilled **Cashier** to provide financial, administrative and clerical services.
Your duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting Delivery Orders.
**Responsibilities**:

- Daily data input for field activities
- Do daily reconciliation for Ground Ops team
- Collect payments from shippers
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information regarding cash collection
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies according to shipper's deliveries

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the Logistics industry
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Familiar with Ms. Office (word, excel, etc..) and Google Sheets
- High school diploma is preferred
- Minimum has one year of working experience in related field
- Placement in all Malang area
- Working Hours : Shifting (willing to work on weekend)
