**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for casual worker finance partner support to provide additional support to Oxfam business operations Team with specific focus on supporting the implementing partner named "PRAKARSA" to guide and maintain good quality of procurements, logistics, admin and financial documentation and keeping a proper track of the expenses charged to C20 activities sponsored by donors through Oxfam.

**Output**:
The output of this hiring is
- To ensure compliance with Oxfam and Donors' policies and procedures.
- To maintain a good quality supporting documents for audit trails.
- Guidance and capacity development of the partner staff to ensure completeness of the documentation
- An up to date expense charging lists and reasonable budget Vs Actual tracking from time to time
**Responsibilites**:
The daily worker responsibilities;
- To provide guidance at start of the procurement processes about necessary documentation and the details of the procedures in compliance with Oxfam and donor regulations.
- Help the partners in maintaining and updating the supply plans in advance for all activities of policy dialogue, policy pack workshop, and the C20 summit
- Provide support for the C20 Secretariat to implement their plans of policy dialogue, policy pack workshop, and the C20 summit by providing suggestion about process and supporting documents, checking supporting documents during and prior to the process
- Provide logístical procurement support by checking the process/sequential, and supporting documents and followups during the process.
- Checking financial transaction to ensure the C20 follow their SOP, Oxfam SOP, GPC with Oxfam, and consult with Oxfam if necessary
- Guide the partner staff on management of good quality documents to ensure "completeness" and "accuracy" of the transactions.
- Communicate with international participants for policy dialogue, policy pack workshop, and the C20 Summit in coordination with the C20 Secretariat and Oxfam in Indonesia.
- Track Budget Vs Actual spending of specific C20 budget allocated to the partner.
- Any other support required related to business operations responsibilities.
