**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in either e-commerce platform, media consulting firm, internet strategy, media agencies, partnerships with social media creators, or similar
Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to support client relationship management in the region

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage talent agencies to drive shopping plans with media brands/marketplace partners with Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) goal.
- Map category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and marketplace strategy team.
- Define a go-to market (GTM) strategy for a category/sub-category with partners and analyze each campaign metrics and data for future improvements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the market segment, seasonality, and global trends/events, and continually monitor industry efforts.
- Work with Key Accounts to develop accounts and work with Strategic Partnerships Manager (SPM) team to build clear roadmap to manage long-tail shopping creators and act as campaign manager for the e-commerce and creators.
