- Tracking the office assets position
- Checking the office assets at the storage
- Preparing computer/office assets for user
- Repairing broken computer (minor repairing)
- Reporting and claim the broken computer to vendor
- Preparing daily and monthly report of assets status and condition
- Analyzing of data asset for purchasing process: price comparison, selecting various items from outside resources
**Requirements**:
- Hold Bachelor's degree in Communication or Administration with minimum GPA of 3.20 out of 4.00
- Must be competent in Ms. Office
- Fast learner and detail oriented
