Join our Finance team and you will help enable EY client account teams and management to run the business effectively. You'll help to improve engagement profitability, manage enterprise wide risk and support market development activities. You will support EY planning, reporting and forecasting and analysis, or help EY people manage day-to-day activities, such as managing engagements, process and auditing time and expense or invoice processing. You'll also work with other parts of our organization, sharing your financial experience and insights to achieve specific goals. Job description: Review the tax aspects on vendor's invoices. Ensure all requirements of 0% VAT are met. Ensure all requirements for Non-Collected VAT and Exempted VAT are met. Perform Tax reconciliation on monthly basis and report to Supervising Associate. Ensure the availability of valid form DGT and/or TRC from overseas vendors. Control the use of VAT invoice code. Conduct regular mentoring and coaching to direct subordinates. Update job knowledge by keeping updated with tax regulations and accepted practices. Support the preparation of required data and/documents for tax audit and SP2DK. Provide other supports for Tax compliance control purposes. Provides ad-hoc supports. To qualify, candidates must have: S1 Accounting background with GPA min. 3.3 . and holding Tax Brevet A and B is a must. If graduated from S1 Fiscal Administration with GPA min. 3.3, Tax Brevet is not required. Min. 3 years of experience in handling monthly tax compliance in a big/multi national company with min. 1 subordinate Strong tax reconciliation skills. Maximum age 30 y.o. Meticulous and pay attention to detail. Proficient in English (English test score min. 55). Good health and mature.
