Support the function of the Center for Learning Excellence Department.
- Be responsible for the course evaluation process and results.
- Consolidate and organize data from the mid-semester and final course evaluations.
- Analyze mid-semester and final course evaluation data along with the Head of CLE.
- Create mid-semester and final course evaluation reports for each course and disseminate results to individual faculty.
- Create summaries of mid-semester and final course evaluations by institution and program studies; report summaries to the Head of Programs.
- Manage teaching performance data.
- Assist the Head of CLE in pedagogical workshops and seminars.
- Develop pedagogical improvement plans for faculty (full-time and adjunct) coordinated with the Head of Study Programs.
- Monitor and manage CLE staff duties related to administration, analyses, and reporting of course evaluations, keeping track of faculty progress, planning and scheduling pedagogical workshops and programs, monitoring peer observations, and managing resources.
- Work closely with the academic operations department to administer, monitor, and track completion of course evaluation forms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Education.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a teaching role.
- Have good English proficiency.
- Having experience in similar roles.
- Well-organized, initiative, and have good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
