**About Our Client**:
Regional Consumer Lending business with operations across Indonesia
Manage the day-to-day operations of the institution by providing clear leadership and articulating comprehensive guidance to all functions of the institution.
Contribute to the strategic plan of the company, designed in accordance with the Shareholders strategic direction.
Develop and cascade the organization's strategy to the staff through operational plans and implementing appropriate coaching and corrective practices to align personnel with company goals.
Set financial and operational performance targets for all key operating units.
Develop, maintain and monitor management team and staffing expectations and motivation to fulfil organizational requirements.
Drive organizational performance, both quantitative and qualitative; strategize and achieve business plan targets.
Develop policies, procedures and processes and ensure their effective implementation through the management team.
Oversee and evaluate the performance of the management team and recommend a compensation package to the Board to motivate max performance.
Uphold standards of risk management at all levels and ensure effective supervisory control and management review.
Report regularly to the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners.
Choose, assess, and retain the right managers.
Cultivate culture of cooperation and high performance
Ensure adequate funding from domestic and international banks/investors to be able to achieve the targets assigned by the Board.
Build reputation as a company committed to excellent client services, both internally and externally.
Maintain solid relations with shareholders and external parties, including the OJK (the regulator), investors, lenders, and other business partners.
Ensure quality information flow to investors, regulators, and other stakeholders as relevant.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Minimum University graduate from any discipline.
- A Master's Degree in Economics, Finance or an MBA would be an advantage.
- Minimum 15-year relevant working experience.
- At least 10-year experience in a top or operations management position (e.g., CEO, COO, CBO, Director) preferably in a financial institution including microfinance, leasing, insurance, retail consumer banking.
- Knowledge and experience in most of technical areas of a financial institution (credit, financial, operations, MIS, HR, processes, marketing, and strategy).
- Experience in managing large teams and products/services distributed through large branch networks in small town / rural areas (e.g., retail banking, small medium enterprise distribution, ultra-micro/ micro lending business) will be considered a plus.
- Good with numbers, detailed and accurate person.
- Capability to quickly take informed decisions.
- Target oriented with ability to plan, delegate tasks, and follow up achievements.
- Able to coordinate departments toward achieving common company's goals.
- Confidence in strategic decision-making.
- Good leadership skills but also a good team-playing mentality.
- An ability to work on tight deadlines and within constraints.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to delegate effectively amongst teams and show commitment to the long-term development of the management team through coaching and mentoring.
- Comfortable in a fluid environment, self-directed, flexible, and creative.

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia languages
- Indonesian national preferred
