Cessa Trade Marketing Team Leader

Jakarta, Indonesia**JOB TYPE**- Full-time**About the Role**:Leading Cessa's SPG Team across Indonesia for GT & MT (15-20 people) -Responsible to give SOP & product training to SPG -Doing market visit to stores and monitor Cessa sales performance, SPG performance, and maintain relationship with stores manager/owner -Responsible to create quarterly in-store promo program, then communicate it to Cessa Admin team, who'll then spread the program to all participating stores -Responsible to collect stores sell out data, do analysis of promo program effectivity, then report sales performance to leadership team**Requirements**:Experienced as Sales Team Leader for over 4 years -Experienced as Trade Marketing for over 3 years -Shows strong leadership & communication skill -Capable to work as a team. -Highly proactive and responsible in doing coordination with team both selling & marketing promotional program implementation -Honest & trustworthy with integrity to maintain Brand's reputation (HF & Cessa) in front of stores partners
