A multinational logistic company

**Job Role**:
Finance
**- Oversee all functions of accounting, finance and taxation to deliver timely the financial reporting to top management and shareholders/holding company.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and by monthly prepare the best estimate financial forecasting to be in line with the strategies of the company including assist the CEO in monitoring and ensuring the achievement against the budget committed.
- Lead fund raising through banking facilities, capital call and medium-term notes.
- Manage adequate cashflow to support company operations and development.
- Ensure adequate controls are implemented and complied with, includes establish and regular review and updates on standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Analyze the proposal of new opening sites/capex and monitoring the result periodically.
- Conduct high level meeting with director, commissioner, and shareholders as well as potential investors as part of investor relations.
- Prepare financial forecasting for short and long term objectives of the company's strategic plan and purpose of loan/investment proposal facilities.
The role will report to : CEO

A self starter.
Needs someone who is open to challenge to work as an individual contributor as a start since the company is newly set up in Indonesia

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's (or above) degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 15 years' experience in financial controller, analysis, reporting and systems implementation
- Experience in M&A will be advantageous.
- Good command of English.
- Experience from the same industry will be an advantage.
