Defining the full year Sales Division strategy plan.
Developing activity, program, promo, and budget in the promotional calendar.
Developing the channel & category in Sales Division.
Working closely with Sales & Marketing Team on launching the program, promo, and activity plans.
Working closely with Finance team on developing the program with ROI oriented and also the channel profitability performance.
Planning, managing & reviewing the customer's engagement and loyalty program.
Directly report to the National Sales Head, preparing executive management report to the BOD and BOC, preparing 5 Years Corporate Strategic Plan for BOC and Shareholders meeting.
3+ years working experience related to Sales.
Having a strong business acumen and deep understanding of the area.
Demonstrating excellent analytical, planning, problem solving skills.
Have an excellent communication skills.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
